The Hays County Fire Chief's Association is made up of member Departments and their Chief Officers.  Members represent the Fire, Rescue and EMS industries in Hays County, Texas.  Known as HCFCA, the Association is dedicated to improving customer service throughout Hays and surrounding Counties, by working with elected officials and community leaders to develop a long term plans for infrastructure and response capabilities.   By combining resources from multiple agencies, the HCFCA can better support  calls for service from it's customers.
